The workshop is being held at Hambledon Vineyard on Wednesday, 5 September, 2012, starting at 10:00 and finishing at 16:00.
An essential workshop for all personal in the winery.To be covered in the course: Key UK legislation, Hazard identification & risk assessment, Hierarchy of hazard control, Common industrial hazards, Specific winery hazards.
Your trainer for this course will be Tony Milanowski. Tony Milanowski teaches Winemaking & Oenology at Plumpton College and has a Graduate Diploma in Oenology and a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering from Adelaide University. As an Australian winemaker, he has worked ten vintages in Australia for companies such as Hardys and Katnook Estate, and he has completed three vintages in Italy.
