Licensing laws and wine labelling legislation
The workshop is being held at West Fisher Winery, Kent on Thursday, 22 August, 2013, starting at 10:00 and finishing at 16:00.
• The course provides an overview of the Licensing Act 2003, an update on licensing law and will incorporate the latest developments in the legislation whilst providing those who attend an opportunity to understand what policies and procedures they need to have in place to show compliance with the Licensing Act 2003, Effective use of the systems will enable operators to run more profitably and make best use of the tools within the Act.

There will be a session on Wine Labelling Legislation, enabling producers to comply to legal requirements. This will be provided by a representative of the wine branch of the Food Standards Agency.
