Optimising marketing: using social media
The workshop is being held at Plumpton College, East Sussex on Monday, 19 May, 2014, starting at 10:00 and finishing at 16:00.
Marketing is essential to developing both the brand and the business.
This workshop will cover:
-How to use Social Media to drive traffic and engage with customers and potential customers
-How to improve web presence through understanding how SEO (search engine optimisation) works
-How to write killer press releases for electronic and printed media
-How to promote your brand using the Internet
Bob Francis is a business growth and marketing expert, speaker and author. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and has had over 22 articles on marketing and sales published in a range of media. He is also the author of two e-books on marketing and e-marketing and is currently writing a new book on setting up an e-commerce business. He has also lectured at the CIM and Aston Business School, Birmingham.
His early career was spent working in the sales and marketing field in UK, Europe, Australia and USA. As Sales and Marketing Director, he has been responsible for the growth of large and small companies across a wide range of industries. In the last 11 years he has worked as an independent business advisor and consultant in business development and growth, helping over three hundred companies during that time. Recently he has specialised in helping companies improve their internet presence, e-marketing and e-commerce.
