4. Employee orientation


Employee orientation will assist in helping employees understand the nature and role of the company they are working for, and maintain communication channels within the business. Doing so should help them achieve their aims better. Employee orientation is also an essential part of due diligence on behalf of the employer.

Design and use a programme for employee induction, covering roles, responsibilities and health and safety during their first day/week/month.
